When we try to print out mailing labels in Activities and Skills, the labels print without a comma between the city and state. Any way to fix this short of entering a comma in each person's address in Integrated Data Entry?

I would like to customize mailing labels in the activities and skills module. When I try to go to Custom Reports, v.9 reindexes and then gives me an error message Line 3510, Error 1683, Message Index tag is not found. Any suggestions?
