Deposit Tickets
I discovered you can oder deposit slips through Dynamic Systems and print the Deposit Slip right out of Contribution Reports.
Has anyone done this? The Deposit Tickets throught Dynamic Systems only have space for 18 checks listed, what happens when you have more than 18 checks?
Thanks.

Re: Registration Fees
Thank you for the ideas. I appreciate it. I would love to hear how others would handle this scenario or have done something similar in the past.

Registration Fees
Scenario: So we had a 5k Fundraiser to raise money for missions. The registration fee was $25 and all proceeds go to missions. I assume theses registration fees are NOT tax deductible because they received a service in running the 5k. Therefore, when I enter the money in contributions, I have a fund...

Add Individual Not in a Family
Is there a way to add an individual that is not a part of a family?
Primary example, we have youth in our youth group who we know nothing about the parents.
2nd Example, a single adult.
How is the best way to handle this?
Thanks. Michelle

Re: Releasing Temporarily Restricted Funds
I came across this post and realized I have the same problem. Is there any way to get the images in the post working again so I can see them? Please confirm is this is correct: The Expense Accounts (01-6051-000) should close to the Unrestricted Net Assets AND The Release Restriction Accounts (01-485...

Re: One Event- 2 Incomes
Thank you for your quick response. I do have a contribution fund called Registration/Fees but it goes directly into Miscellanous Income account, not the account that is tracking this event. I guess I will just have to create an additional contribution fund that is used only for this purpose.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: Contributions to a specific ministry
Thank you. I did do as you said.
Is there a way to designate the money in the Misc. Income account? I know you can designate contributions, but is there a way to designate money in that Misc. Income account?
Thanks again.

Contributions to a specific ministry
I am new to powerchurch but I am learning quickly. Someone donated money specifically for the youth ministry, but I don't have an income account for that. Where do you put contributions that don't have a specific income account or should I make additional income accounts? Should I use Miscellaneous ...
