I don't want to create a bigger problem by doing the wrong thing and I would really appreciate someone's input. We have just purchased a commericial bus for our church and paid for it in full by check. No other assets have been made a part of our accounting at this point. I had searched the knowledge base unsuccessfully prior to posting but was putting in the wrong search words to get to what I needed.
