If you look at some of the big charities, you see that they can incorporate the dollar amount of the donation into a thank you letter. Also, we have donors who support school children. I have version 8.5. My Board of Directors wants to print the contributions statements out with pictures and thank you notes incorporated in them. Is this possible with a later version of the software? Maybe it is possible with my version and I don't know it?

Alf - Did you ever find out what was going on with your fund balances. I am having the same problem. This is my first year end closing in PC and I wonder if it was because the way I set up the accounting and or posted beginning balances.

Now that I have learned how to clear out my fund accounting to start over. Thank you. I still have all my data in the contributions module. Can I just leave it in there and do journal entries to get it back in fund accounting? All my data in that module is good. Version 8.5
