How do I withhold an additional dollar amount from ferderal withholding in Payroll - version 10.4?

It's not a problem with font size. I can see the report clearly. The characters displayed are not the correct characters. They appear to be symbols rather than the correct character. I can use a different printer driver and the same view appears just fine.

I just installed Ver 9 and the latest maintenance release. When I screen preview any report the fonts are incorrect and displays only graphics characters or characters from the extended graphics set.
