PowerChurch will generate a list of names from the Contributions Reports Menu, but the list does not include addresses, so a mail merge is not possible. Am I missing something here? Is there a ...

Thank you for the responses. It doesn't look like there is a clear cut solution though as one fix seems to lead to another problem. I'll be curious what other churches do. We are a little ahead of the game in that we are already entering 2012 pledges, but I think others will be scratching their head...

We just began entering 2012 pledges and when we enter a weekly pledge beginning 1/1/2012 - 12/31/2012 it mulitplies the weekly amount by 53 instead of 52. We have tried it several times with the same results. It is throwing off all our numbers. Help!

An error was made in entering this weeks contributions. Some of the contributions were entered as 6/6/10 and others 6/7/10. The error was not caught until after posting. While the totals are correct if we enter in a range of 6/6 - 6/7, I would prefer to have the totals attributed to Sunday 6/6 only....

It ended up being a contribution entered in 2008 and posted to a 2009 pledge. It appears to be an entry error. Thank you for helping me figure this out!
