Neil, I did the modify transaction in the Accounting Funds. I changed the posting date from April 2010 to May 2010. Now when I run the the contribution report for month of April, I see only the April's contribution, and not the May 2, 2010. Thank you very much. You have been a blessing. Shalom. Gene

I just posted 5/2/2010 to accounting month April 2010. Is there a way to change them to accounting month May 2010? I can restore to before I made any entries today, and re-enter today's contributions. Thanks, financedepartment

I was just looking at posted items under Contribution. I went under Accounting, and posted. There were some transactions that needed to be posted. I posted them, and now I can close months, again. Thanks, Gene

I have been successful sending email from with PowerChurch 10.4 . But, it works sometimes, and not others. I get the message connection refused by server, when it is not working. Thanks, very much for the information. I was able to close December. Now, I am checking to see if that closed out the whole year 2008. I just want January to December 2009 data to be active. Thanks, again. Gene
