You're right jb--I thought you were talking about PowerChurch permissions. My normal XP Pro account has Power User permissions, which I thought included Backup Operator, but I'll check. If not, I'll give my normal logon that permission and see whether it makes a difference.

Thanks, changing the number to 2 digits following the decimal point as well fixed the problem.

What that means is that whoever designed the reports did not designate the fields as currency. That should be corrected!
