My original question dealt with setting up pledges at the beginning of the year, nothing to do with entering contributions. But the problem as stated is solved or at least we now know what to look for if it should occur again. Thanks so much.

It would be a real time saver if, when inputting envelope numbers for Contribution Statements, it were possible, as in printing, to type in comma delineated and dashed numbers: i.e., 3,7,18-20,31 instead of having the choice of only a serial group or an individual.

The answer to solving the problem of contributions from former years showing up in Pledge Details solved a problem for me.
