accounting reports
Since I updated with the newest maintenance update many of the reports are showing up on two pages instead of one. It does not seem to break at any particular point. The info could easy have fit onto one page. One particular report was the income and expense report. Any info would be great! Thanks Jim

Matt thanks, let me be more specific; In fund 01 I have $100 and $ 0 in fund 02 what I need is ($10) in fund 02 and cr or db fund 01 to maintain the same balance for the 1110 bank account. I started out with only one fund, 01-110 and then added other funds. So I am moving funds from the 01-110 accou...

negative amounts in fund accounts
I am setting up my fund accounts. We are using only one checking account with multiple accounts. One of our accounts is in the red. How can I get funds from the general account 01-1110 to the other account 02-1110 to read in a negative amount. I have tried journal entry, must not be doing it correct...

outstanding checks in account setup
during the initial account setup it asks you to list all outstanding checks and deposits, where do they go after setting up my accounts? I cannot seem to locate them anywhere and do I really need to enter them then or can I wait and enter them after I do setup?

This is my initial setup for accounting. At the beginning it asks for all outstanding checks and deposits. My question is this, if I enter deposits from the beginning of the year (Jan 1) and then later enter contributions from the beginning of the year, will it change the the amount in the account? ...
