I’m trying to figure out the best way to handle both food prep and keeping track of folks for our regular meet-ups or trips. It’s always a bit of a faff juggling simple, long-lasting food with keeping records of who’s coming, any dietary needs, and contributions. Does anyone use anything that makes planning easy meals and tracking participants at the same time a bit less of a headache? I imagine it’s doable with a bit of planning and some software, but I haven’t stumbled on a proper method yet. Would love to hear any experiences, especially if you’ve found ways to make both food logistics and member management run smoothly. Cheers!
