I'm trying to print mailing labels in PowerChurch Online. I specified Avery 5160 labels, which are supposed to print one inch apart vertically. Instead, they are printing about 7/8 inch apart, so the printing is misaligned with the labels. I can print the same labels properly from Microsoft Word, so the problem seems to be in PowerChurch rather than my printer. Anyone know of a fix?

There are a few threads referred to in that topic, the last one may be the one you want.

Re: Misaligned Labels
Thank you. The thread to which you referred me did contain the solution. If printing is misaligned, it may be because of an inappropriate Adobe Reader print setting. Open any pdf document, go to the print screen, and change the Page Scaling setting from "shrink to printable area" to "none." That setting will still be there when you print your labels.
Re: other printing problems
This is so awesome! I've been having trouble with reports from the Contributions module printing in landscape instead of portrait - even though all my settings say landscape. When I changed the PDF print option from "print to scaleable area" to "None" the problem was fixed.
