I recently updated our PowerChurch Version 10.4 with the most recent maintenance release. Since that time, each time I start the process of e-mailing a group, I get a message saying "Need to install updated runtime files. Computer administrator rights are required." I go through the steps giving it permission to update. Each time it says, "this is a one time process" but it keeps happening. I am the computer administrator for PowerChurch and I'm using my computer.
Any idea how to fix this?

It looks like the latest MR updated the e-mail components, but didn't include the actual installer for the updated e-mail components. There will be one final Maintenance Release for Version 10/10.4 to fix this issue.
In the meantime, you can manually download and install the file from here:
