Our powerchurch admin has set up five users including his day-to-day account. It's been so long since he's used the admin account he's forgotten the password for the admin account and he didn't record it anywhere. We need some guidance here What can we do to reset the admin password? Thank you, John

You need to call our offices. There is a process we need to go through to bypass your passwords.
