Powerchurch Today

My Powerchurch Today is not updating. It opens when I log onto PC but when I go to update it as in the past, it just says it's loading but never loads. I use this to have a quick look at our balances.

Which version of PCPlus? 11.5/11.55 or 12 ??

I've not heard of anyone having problems like this before. Is this computer a 'standalone' machine, on the network as a client, or is it the server?
