Our dial-in lines are wet from all the rain and we can't get an emailing out to all our addresses (see previous post of yesterday).
So, I took the laptop to the local library and thought I could use high speed and email from there. I kept my email setup the same (our ISP and login name and password). I get an error: "sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed through this MTA".
Anyone have a solution for us? Do I need to change my setup in PC+?

It doesn't sound like the library's server is allowing this type of connection to be made on their network. That is understandable, since this connection would provide a somewhat anonymous way for someone to connect up and send a million spam e-mails.

It doesn't sound like you will be able to send mails from there unless you are sending mails from their SMTP server.

I went back to church the next day and ran the job again and it got hung up again. The first 50 go thru and that's it. I ended up printing all the contrib. statments this time. Had to get the monkey off my back.
