Using LogMein as A Remote Access Tool

When using logmein.com as a remote access tool, I am experiencing problems generating Powerchurch reports from all modules. I am getting an Error 1426 Message OLG error code 0x80070057. Has anyone else experienced this issue and is there a solution?
