Does Powerchurch vs. 9 or 10 have the capability of storing scanned documents of transfers and received members?

No they do not. That said, in version 10, if you don't store member's pictures in the system, you could store a scanned JPEG of the document.

However, that would be an interesting addition to the wish list, as the scanning routines are already in place for the insertion of pictures.
