Upgrade from Windows 95 to Windows XP
Our church (Central United Methodist Church) in Decatur, IL. is operating under Windows 95 with Rev. 7 of Powerchurch software. If we go to Windows XP can we update our Powerchurch software to work with this new software. If yes, what all must we do?

if you are indeed moving to Windows XP (and not Vista or Windows 7) then version 7 will work fine. However, if you're moving to Vista or Win7, then you will have to upgrade.
The problem is that if you are indeed on Windows 95, Version 10.4 will not work on Win95, and instead of an easy move, it may take some very specific steps to move your data.
Please verify which version of Windows the Powerchurch computer is running, and let us know.

If you are also upgrading your machine with one having over 768 meg of ram V7 will not run on it. I have an XP machine with 2 gig of ram and can not run V7 on it.
