When is the new version for sale?

Sorry if this has been announced already, but I'd like to know when the new version is available. We've hired a new bookkeeper and I'd like to get him on the new software as soon as it's available!

From previous posts on the matter by PC+ developers and support personnnel, not before 4th Qtr 2004 .
