Selection of Accounting Funds

Post by wms7328 »

We have about 8 different accounting funds set up for different reasons. I've found that I need to print consolidated reports using some combination of the funds. Currently the selection criteria allows you to select more than one fund, but they have to be sequential. Ex: Fund 01 to Fund 04 gives you funds 01,02,03,04. I sometimes need to just run a report with Fund 01 and Fund 04. Would like to have the ability to select the funds having some type of drop down box list of funds and you could check the ones you want.

I realize I can easily change the fund numbers and I've been doing that. However, as time goes on, I find I need several different combinations and I don't always remember to change the fund numbers like I would have to list them to get the combination I want. Also other accounting folks use PC and they have gotten familar with the current fund numbers and changing them permanently is not a good solution.

Guess this falls in the wish list for Version 12 or maybe I'm the only one having this issue. Thanks for your consideration.

It would be a great, and very helpful, option to be able to select a non-sequential list of Accounting Funds for a consolidation report! Please consider this enhancement on your upgrade list.
