FTP backup

Our church is on PC9+.

I want to do an FTP backup (in addition to CD backups) however I do not want to backup the entire directory.

I can backup the DATA folder which only takes a minute or two. However, in researching this forum I saw a posts where it said that not all data files are in the data folder.

Question: is there documention that details which files need to be backedup in order to recover and where they reside?

Also, for now anyway, I am only using the accounting module. Are all of the files for accounting in the DATA folder?

The only files that reside outside the Data directory are custom report files (all those QM_* files in the root of pcplus9 and the contents of rpt_cust). If you're wanting to make sure the accounting data is backed up, the contents of the Data directory should be sufficient.
