If my understanding is correct in V9, custom reports are not backed up and then restored.
I do membership date on my computer and the administrator does the accounting functions.
When we restore our files, it does not carry the customr reports. What is the best method to use so that the custom reports can be carried forward. Each time we backup/restore we lose the reports.

There is a seperate menu option to backup & restore custom reports. Just make an additional backup of just the custom reports. Custom reports are also backed up when you use one of the all data files options.

From how the custom reports data files work, it is not possible to backup just the membership custom reports seperate from the accounting custom reports, that is why they are not included in the section backups.
