Error in accessing Backup/Restore

When a user is given access only to the Backup function, and not to the Restore function, the following message appears when 'Utilities', Backup/restore is selected.
"You do not have access to this feature. If you need to access this feature, contact your system administrator.
To view your access privileges, select 'passwords' from the preferences menu.
Whn the user clicks 'OK' the backup menu is displayed and backups can by made and verified.
I suggest the initial message be changed to read: You may not have full access to all of the backup/restore features." Click OK to proceed.
