Make an alternate address permanent and delete original perm

I have a couple that did have an alternate address and a permanent address. Now their alternate is their permanent. How do I make this change so that when I print out a directory it doesn't show the space for an alternate address?

If you've already changed the permanent address, then go to the alternate address and:

1. Highlight each address field, then hit the backspace to clear them
2. If you have dates in the 'use alternate address from/to' blocks, do the same there.

The old address will no longer show up .

This brings up something that may be a good addition to the system, unless its there and I'm missing it. In which case, all I said above is moot.

Could we get a button that will clear out the alternate address with just one press.
