Family Update Form

Postby Leigh » Thu May 17, 2012 10:33 am

When I save the family update form as a Word document, the footnote at the bottom of each page is saved as the last family name on the report and as Page 1 of 1. If I print it from the report generator, each page corresponds with the correct family name and Page 1 of 1, etc. is correct. Can this be corrected?

Not sure it can ... what version of Word are you using ?? This may be a problem with the way Word handles the format of the saved document.

Are you converting the exported document to the Word 2007/2010 format (.docx) or are you leaving it as a Word 97-2003 document (.doc)? That may be the cause of the problem.
