Group Email Report Missing Page

We are running PC 11.55 @ ML 1/13/2016.
Whenever we send an email message to a group a report is available to review what was sent and to whom it was sent.
Since the latest maintenance update, the first page of the report is blank. Is this a bug?
This has occurred with various users and at various times.

Its possible ... does this happen with all printers? If so, its a bug, and I'll alert the programmers.

We aren't seeing that behavior and it doesn't look like any other users have reported the problem.
Can you walk us through the steps to recreate this or at least provide some detail? Where are you sending e-mail from in PowerChurch, does it have attachments, are there sending errors being reported, etc.
Thanks!

Thank you for the reply.
From the Membership module, under Activities and Skills, Send Email Message to a Group we select pre-configured groups sorted by Activity Types and Roles. From this list we send an HTML format email without any attachments. We follow the prompts until the window allows for the sending of the emails.
Once the email sending process is complete the window displays a message whether the sending was successful or not. There are buttons present that allow a report to be displayed and printed.
When displayed, the first page of the report is blank (we expect to see the actual body of the email message and an list of names that received the email or any errors of those that did not receive the email). The second page shows the remainder of the list of names that either received the email or did not receive the email.
Actually printing the report does not produces any different results. The first page is always blank.

OK, thanks for the detailed description.
We have gone through the exact process again here and are still not able to recreate the behavior. Since the first page is supposed to show the stripped out text from your HTML e-mail, I'm wondering if there is something in the HTML content that is not being properly stripped out and is overflowing the first page of the report. It's hard to say. If you like, you can send us the HTML code that you are entering in the e-mail so that we can try the same message in our testing here.
Enter the message body in PowerChurch as you normally would, then click the View Source button to expose the raw HTML code that will be sent. Copy that code and paste it in a reply here wrapped in code tags (press the Code button in the row of buttons above the message box when posting here to get the code tags). The result will look something like this:
{code}paste your HTML here{/code}

Actually, I think the same thing happened to me the last time I sent a group email. I too am using PC 11.55 MR 1.13.16
If I remember correctly, I sent a group email to a group of people in a particular activity. When I got to the printed copy, the first page was blank. That page would have normally had the email text. The second page had the list to whom the message was successfully sent. I didn't send a report or call tech support because I don't send group emails that often.
Now, that I see that it has happened to someone else, I thought I should mention it.
