Hello all.

Powerchurch is consistently pulling first names, not preferred names, and not mailing names, for all my reports and statements. I have "use preferred name" checked in the needed records. I have the correct format in their mailing name and household key.

What am I missing?

This hasn't come up in a while, I seem to remember something about it only being used on certain reports. What type of reports are you pulling?
