As a a large downtown church, we would like to track new personal profiles in the database added on a daily base as we usually send a 'thank you package' for their donation. Is there an easy way to export this data for the ministers?

Unless you are manually tracking the date elsewhere on the Personal Profile, the only way to get the date added would be on the family/household record. PowerChurch automatically records the "Date Registered".

You can run reports or Export Data from under Membership > Family Mailing List > Reports or Other Output > Export Data. Select on the Date Registered field.

Another alternative for the same report:

Membership>Membership Reports>Selected Records. Then enter the Dates Registered From that you need.
