Mailing Labels in Selected range & in Alphabetical order

I have a letter to send out to the members with envelope #'s between 1 and 999. I also need the list in Alphabetical order, so it doesn't matter whatever the Envelope #'s are in order just the Family name.

Please reply with a detailed solution if you have one.

See page 171 in the PC+ manual. Chapter 5: Contributions, priting mailing labels.

In other words, its built in the system. Go to Contributions => Print Mailing Labels => Selected Contributors.

The Mailing Label Options dialog is self-explanatory.
