I have exported membership info into a .DBF (for later use in other programs/Excel pivot tables).

Some fields (User1-User5) have abbreviated valued.
How can I tell what these mean/are related to??

I have gone to Membership> Personal Profiles> Maintain Custom Codes, but only see the full names (Baptised, College Student, etc). How can I see what hooks to WS, ET, etc.

Also, How can I list these files/keywords/etc, so that our church board can review/update/correct this information? Thanks for your help.

The definitions for User1 - User5, along with other custom code fields, can be found in mecodes.dbf.
