Ministry Services: OBT for obituaries; BIR for Birth Ann.

One helpful place to store useful text information is in ministry services.
We are starting to use some 3-letter codes for birth announcements, as well as for obituaries.
Typically, the local papers have a website with death notices, and it is a simple matter to cut/paste obit text into the unlimited text area describing the ministry service.
It is really helpful to be able to produce some sample obits for our members to review during those unexpected, tragic times. Since there is so much already tailored for our particular church, it helps get the beginning and ending of the obit done.
