Update Outlook Contacts

I exported the Personal Profiles information into Outlook using V10...can someone tell me how it decides where to put that information in my Outlook (what file/folder/etc)? The reason I ask is, I already had similar information in there from a previous export and I think I have it in two different places.

From what I can tell it directly updates your Microsoft Outlook (Note:
not Outlook Express)
Contacts list. FWIW ... MS Outlook ususally keeps its file in the logged on user's personal folder under the name OUTLOOK.PST, which is the standard file that MS Outlook users to store everything (Mail, addressbook/contacts, etc).

can we direct it to update a different file (shown as a folder) in Outlook?

PC+ will update the default contact folder in outlook.
