Export Church Directory to spreadsheet for selected members

Hello,

I'm supposed to be calculating a geographic partition of the congregation for an upcoming Cong Care event. I'm trying to do this with a GIS program, but to do this, I need to get a list of where everyone lives. Is there a way to export the congregational directory to a spreadsheet (name + address) for only those with the personal tags of members and adherants and only those who are checked off as "include in mailouts" in the integrated module.

The easiest way to do this is to create a mail merge file. In PC+ go to Membership -> Family Mailing List -> Create Mail Merge File. Enter your selection for members and adherents. The mail merge automatically only includes those with the include in mailouts option selected. You can change the file format of the mail merge file by going to File -> Preferences -> User Setup Options and select the mail merge tab.
