Attendance Register Form Options

I have two questions:
1. I am not able to run this report right now. I enter teh information on the options screens, as have been doing for several years, then get a "no records selected" message. Any idea what I may be doing wrong?

2. On the second page of teh "report options" there is a section asking to "select a rang of activities to print" with two boxes labeled "to" and "From" with the magnifying glass (search) button next to the box. In version 10, we could click on those magnifying glass buttons and bring up a list of our classes we could choose from. Since updating to version 11, the only class listed ther is "Adult Choir" none of the other classes show up there. Any ideas here either?

I'm having trouble with the Attendance Register Form also. I've used it for years and now it says "No records selected." Can you tell me the solution? In the meantime, I'll try to go back and figure it out! Thanks!

I'm going to ask two things:

1. What version of Powerchurch are you using?
2. Are you sure there are people assigned to the activity you're creating the register for ??

I'm using version 11.1 and all maintenance releases have been downloaded.

I use the Attendance Register Form to print out a "weekly column format" that we use to check off Sunday school attendance. I have each Sunday school class assigned an activity code. I've done this for years and all of a sudden it's not working. I hope I'm not overlooking something.

If the activity isn't marked to record attendance it will not show up for this report.

To check go to Membership => Activities and Skills => Setup => Maintain Activity/Skill Descriptions. In that screen there is a check box for 'Record attendance for this activity'. Check this box on any activity you wish to print an Attendance Register Form for.

I have checked the "Record Attendance for this Activity" box. I retried printing the Attendance Register Form and it is still pulling up a box that says "No records selected"

OK .. a few things to check:

1. the obvious: there are people assigned to the activity.
2. Are you filtering the report by department, skill or role ??
