cloning delivered reports

Post by apgoogh »

Is it possible to clone (copy) an existing report (or query from a report) and then modify it to make a custom report?

Unfortunately, no. They are two completely separate reporting systems.

How about cloning or copy an attendance report from previous attendance report for an activity?
We make weekly attendance report for our worship service• we have about 450 to 480 attendees every week。 The attendees are are mostly the same people but fr some 30 persons。

We are videotaping the attendees。 Afterward, the church secretary type down the names in an Excel file。
If we are able to copy previous week attendance, we will just input those new visitors 。
The way the attendance module works is that each week every attendee is marked as to whether they attended or not.

The first time they attend, they should have the worship activity added to their list of activities under their personal profile, then the next time they attend, and attendance is recorded using the Fast Data Entry function under the Attendance module, all you need to do is begin to type their last name, and it should be located in the list. Then all you should need to do is hit the SPACE BAR to toggle through the different codes (IE: Attended, Absent, Excused).
