Class Lists with Allergies

Is there a way that I can provide a class list showing a listing of allergies/medical conditions?

The Attendance Register Form has a layout called Full Details that shows the parents' contact information as well as the allergies, medications, and medical conditions.

There is an Allergy Report included in the Check In Kiosk, but it doesn't show medications or conditions. Just the allergies of people that are currently checked in.
