In v11.5, we have two duplicate Family Entries. In Integrated Data Entry or Family Mailing List, we have tried to delete these two duplicates (there are no profiles attached to the families we are trying to delete.) We get the following Error Message
PROGRAM:FRM_AADA.DELETE
Line 17
Error 31
Message: Invalid Subscript Reference
Then we get kicked out of PC+.

I have reindexed but this did not correct the problem. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Try doing a RE-INDEX, then try deleting again.
