How can I print a list of birthdays of the members without revealing the year. I tried using Selected Profiles/Full Details and plug in the range from Jan 1st to Dec 31s. The report appears to have everything I need, and them some. How can I print a report without the year?

Use the selected dates report. It is under Membership -> Personal Profiles -> Reports, near the bottom of the list. You have the option to print the report with or without years. By default the year is not shown.

Thanks for your input on running a report using the selected dates for birthdays. By using this method, it does not include their addresses.
Is there another way of generating a report that is just like the "Selected Profile - full details" with the option of not printing the year of birth?
