When I try to run the backup utility in PowerChurch Online, I receive a message that

"PowerChurch plus needs to install updated runtime files.
Computer administrator rights are required.
Click OK to continue or Cancel to exit without installing."

The last time I ran this was 9/19, when it ran without problem.

When should this be fixed?

There was an issue with the PCU-2 server, which was not allowing the updated system files to be installed. This problem has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience!
