I called in and also emailed this suggestion/issue...

Many times we have kids who tear other kids nametags. Each service, we have the painful process of figuring out how to match up a child w/ the correct family w/out the nametags accurately on them w/ the security code.

Is it possible to create a way that the system can regenerate a nametag. Also, sometimes the system drops printing a security badge. Thank you so much for looking at this...

I'll add reprinting a child tag.

The process of adding a family, and checking in children failed to print a parent tag. This will be corrected in a MR soon.
