Open (unposted) items report

This report is accessed through the Accounts Payable module---Open (unposted) items. The pre-filled dates (for a date range) are strange. Today, 07/21/2025 I wanted to print a report of unposted items. The default FROM date shows as 01/01/0001 and the TO date 08/21/2025. I selected the dropdown box to change the FROM date, and the July calendar that appeared is not for 2025. Of course I was able to enter the correct FROM date and then select the TO date 7/31/2025. This is the only instance I have encountered where default dates appear this way. Is this something that could be corrected in a future maintenance release? If I am doing something wrong, then please provide instruction. Thank you!
