Budget Amendment

We have adopted a budget but have a quarterly review where revisions can be made - is there a way to reflect these amendments to the budget without just changing the budget amount?

Unfortunately, there is not. A change to the budget is made in real time and there aren't any places to make notes related to budgets.

So basically - I just go in and change the budget amount if it is amended and keep back up information filed away somewhere?

Right, print a budget report prior to making the changes for historical purposes.
