What's its genesis and what does it mean? And this is only Nov 9.

.... run an account activity on your equity accounts. In the left-hand column, you will see [System Generated] on items that will post when you close the month.

It isn't actually a transaction that is posted. It is a note being inserted into the Account Activity report to make the ending balance of the equity accounts match what all of the other reports in the program show.
The "System Generated Entry" is really just the total of income and expense transactions that have closed to that equity account during the period you ran the report for.
