Fiscal Year vs. Calender Year

Post by SBCTrustee »

We are one week old using Power Church v. 8.5. We have a fiscal year starting on Dec 1- Nov 30, 2004. How would we set this up in PC+. I am not sure how the system differentiate a fiscal year from a calender year.

Tom,

All you need to do is skip a period (month) in PowerChurch. I.e. on a calendar year basis January is month 1 but in your case it should be month 2. Thus, you should be in month 9 right now. That way, when you get to November it will be month 12. Then you can close out your fiscal year at the end of November.
