W4 Allowances

I have an employee that wants to change their allowances. I cannot see how to do this. Please advise.

Which version of Powerchurch are you using ??

In version 11, you would go into Maintain List of Employees, select the Employee's Pay Items, then double click on the Federal Withholding pay item. (this defaults to item no 900)

This will bring up the Edit Item screen, where you can adjust the withholdings.
