Payroll Checks Missing in Register

Payroll Checks Missing in Register
I printed and posted 3 payroll checks, they printed fine and are on the posting report however they do not show up in the check register which is throwing my balance off. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Thank you!

1. When you posted, did you post to both payroll and Funds Accounting ??
2. Did you then Post Transactions in Funds Accounting ??
If you didn't post to Funds Accounting in the first place,then that may be causing the issue, if this is the case, you will then need to either manually create the transaction in Funds accounting, or void the current checks, post that just to Payroll, then recreate the checks (using the same number) and then post them to Funds Accounting.
