My PC had viruses and had to be restored. I reinstalled PowerChurch and have restored all of the data. When I attempt to print a check I get a pop-up that says:
Save the file as:
*.xps
This pops up after I input the check number and click print.
There must be something else I have to do after restore???
Thanks,

Ok . now that is weird. Can you print anything else OK ?? This doesn't have anything to do with the restore or the files, but appears to be something with your Windows setup.RClark wrote:My PC had viruses and had to be restored. As far as Powerchurch is concerned, make sure you have the latest Maintenance Release installed, then run the NetSetupxxx.exe program in the INSTALL folder of the Powerchurch directory. That fixes a lot of issues by registering the program with the operating system.

Re: Check print error after restore
Do you have any printers installed in Windows other than the XPS Printer (which is a print to file thing installed by Windows) If you do have other printers, choose one of them as the default, instead of the XPS thing.
