Tech help with set up

Post by TBCgunni »

We are having a really difficult time with setting up our accounting. We would like to start from scratch with tech help from PC if that is possible. We will pay of course. We have to maybe change programs if we cannot get help. We need ALOT of help - with the whole process. We have tried two times now to get it right and just cannot. Please let us know if that is possible and what it will cost??? Thank you - Elida Jacobs for Bethanyn Baptist CHurch of Gunnison, CO :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall:

Tech Support is available from 9AM to 6PM Eastern, Monday through Friday at (800) 486-1800 or by e-mail at support@powerchurch.com. Tech Support can help with specific questions that you have. Paid support options are a one-time call for $30, which includes a week of free follow-up on the same issue, or six months of unlimited support for $124.

There are also training classes available at http://www.powerchurch.com/training_classes/.

There are third party "authorized teaching consultants" that provide more hands-on training and consulting services, if you needed someone to actually come out and set it up for you.

Elida,

what type of problems are you experiencing?

Are they the initial setup or are they Chart of Accounts specific??

My advice is before you do anything, take the time to map out what you're trying to do. Figure out how many different funds you will actually need, or what you can eliminate.

Look at each ministry, and determine what income or expense accounts you may need.
