Ok so I searched the forums and couldn't find any good examples for keeping track of parsonage expenses. So here's what I came up with. If you see any glaring problems please let me know as I'll probably start using this on Wednesday.

Buildings and Grounds
5610 CHURCH - 4
5615-200 Insurance - 5
5620-210 Phone/Internet - 5
5630-220 UTILITIES - 5 (Group)
5631-230 Electricity - 6
5632-240 Gas - 6
5633-250 Water/Septic - 6
5634-260 Trash - 6
5640 Janitorial Supplies - 5
5645 Cleaning Service - 5
5650 Lawn Service - 5
5655-270 Maintenance/Repair - 5

5660 PARSONAGE - 4 (Group)
5665-200 Insurance - 5
5670-210 Phone/Internet - 5
5680-220 UTILITIES - 5 (Group)
5681-230 Electricity - 6
5682-240 Gas - 6
5683-250 Water/Sewer - 6
5684-260 Trash - 6
5685-270 Maintenance/Repair - 5

That set of accounts does cover all the bases, plus with the subaccounts you can pull up the info easily.
